B. From Runners (Public Visitors)
We do not require accounts for runners to view schedules.
- No Personal Data: We do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers from passive viewers of the schedule.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous technical data, including device type, browser type, IP address, and time spent on the site, to monitor system performance and troubleshoot bugs.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To authenticate Admins and allow them to edit their "Digital Pinboard."
- Public Display: To display the club's schedule and status (On/Off) to the public internet as directed by the Admin.
- System Alerts: To send Admins critical emails regarding account security (e.g., password resets) or major service updates.
- Analytics: To understand how the platform is being used (e.g., "How many people viewed this schedule?") so we can optimize infrastructure.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We strictly adhere to a "No Sale" policy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties.
We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and advertisers.

- Essential Cookies: We use cookies to keep Admins logged in (session management).

6. Public Nature of Information
Warning for Admins: Please be aware that the schedule information, club location, and meeting times you post are publicly accessible. They may be indexed by search engines (like Google) and viewed by anyone with the link. Do not post private home addresses or sensitive personal contact info on your club pinboard.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Retention: We retain Admin account data as long as the account is active.
- Deletion: Admins may request full account deletion by contacting us. Upon deletion, all club data and schedule history will be permanently removed from our database.
8. Third-Party Links
Our Service may contain links to external websites (e.g., a club's Strava page or registration site). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are an Admin, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
